In this case our company will guarantee the functionality of the whole system.
When we deal with a customer "technical conditions of task" will be specified. It will include the extent of the task and other parameters that will define future device. After elaboration of documentation, the customer will approve, and in case of need we will elaborate other requirements and suggestions.
The goal of our specialists is to suggest a device with quality and reliability that will fully correspond with the purchasing
cost and specific needs of a client. We are always trying, so that the purchasing costs will not be burdened with something
that will not be effectively used. On the other hand, we also try, so that the product will be completed, and all of its
parts will be balanced.
DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY OF A DEVICE PLANNED BY THE CUSTOMER
In this case, our company will check the project documentation in detail after agreeing with the customer. Based on our
experience, if needed, we will then suggest changes that wee see as effective in the matter of purchasing cost or the
functionality of the system. The customer based on consultations and recommendations will decide which of the recommended
changes he or she wants to realize.
Putting into operation, needed testing, revision, and training is always part of our service.
We put a big emphasis on forwarding of all corresponding documentation with document- ation of the actual implementation to the
customer, so that the customer will have a perfect summary about the device. We also put a big emphasis, so that the repair costs
of the device, or its future modifications and upgrades, will be as low as they could be. The documentation is also properly
stored in our archive.
